Hogback, currently on leave from the Switzerland-based UNI, the global union federation representing workers in the skills & services sector, is studying in Notre Dame’s Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) program. He will discuss the role of global union federations in building labor solidarity across borders and negotiating agreements with multinational corporations.
